The Anderson Mill Neighborhood Association (AMNA) and Anderson Mill Limited District (AMLD) are excited to jointly announce a major win for our community: a **$33,000** [**Urban Forest Grant**](https://www.austintexas.gov/page/urban-forest-grant?ref=andersonmillna.org)**!** This funding will bring **60 new trees and 110 saplings** to North Park, Millrun Dog Park, the trails along Pecan Creek Parkway, and El Salido Parkway and Park. Planting is scheduled for Fall 2026.

Huge thanks go to Green Space Team Chair **Mandy Henke**, **Heather Podlipny**, and **Katina Bohrer** for securing this award. This builds on our success in 2025, when a similar $11,000 grant funded 43 trees and essential watering equipment across El Salido, Harper, and Old Stage parks.

We are proud to continue this partnership to keep Anderson Mill beautiful with a diverse canopy of native and ornamental trees!
